Our team of healthcare professionals consists of fully trained support workers led by a qualified Registered Manager. We work in partnership with the District Nurses, GPs, Social Workers, Community Dietitians, Community Palliative Team, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. We are committed to delivering the best quality care to our clients and to ensure that they receive the support they need. We are passionate about helping people to live their lives to the fullest.
My name is Milli Chimbwanda. I am a CQC Registered Manager for Mimshealthcare Ltd. I have been a staff nurse for 14yrs working in acute hospitals and and also practicing community nursing. I have always had a caring nature since growing up and l knew my profession would be something to do with caring for people and providing personal care . Being a nurse has given me an insight on how to identify problems, plan, implement and care planning. However in the past couple of years l noticed a lot of people where staying in hospitals after they were medically fit for discharge and only because their needs had changed and there is no-one to look after them at home. I decided to help in bridging that care and since l started its been amazing l love being that person who puts a smile on people’s faces when they know they don’t have to go to a long term care facility they can still go live comfortably in their home.
